Website Privacy Notice
Version 2026-09-05
Information you submit
Appointment requests collect your name, contact details, preferred department, doctor, date and time. You may also provide gender and a reason for your visit. Contact enquiries collect the information entered in the enquiry form. Please avoid including medical reports or unnecessary sensitive information.
Patient accounts and family profiles
If you create an account, the website stores your contact details, a protected password and the patient profiles you add. Only add another person's profile with their permission or appropriate parental responsibility. The account holder can see and manage appointments booked for those profiles. Guest appointments are not automatically linked by phone number or email.
Scheduling information may be used to send confirmation, appointment reminders, change-request updates and suggested follow-up reminders. Password reset links are sent to the account email.
How the website uses information
Information is stored so hospital staff can review requests, contact you, arrange appointments and respond to enquiries. Appointment consent is recorded with its date and this notice version. Appointment emails contain scheduling details; they do not include your symptoms or internal staff notes.
Email, hosting and external links
Hosting and email services process information needed to operate the website and deliver messages. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other external services open services with their own privacy practices. The website also loads fonts and interface resources from external providers, which receive connection information such as your IP address.
Cookies
The website uses session cookies to keep forms secure and support administrator sign-in.
